it’s time to make opportunities come to you… and every time I do get an opportunity, I'm still super terrified the whole time I am doing it, so don't think I've got it all figured out or anything!
step #1 to getting closer to your goals is (my best advice is last):
1. Make a list. Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals. That is you asking the universe for what you want, it will help you figure that out as well.
2.Be specific. But don’t be too picky about how they come to life, that always happens in the way it’s supposed to. They come along with challenges that prepare you for the next steps.
3. Be brave!! Ask for what you want. People who are in positions that you admire, they ask for what they want. You know those days where you feel like the sun is shining and birds are chirping? Those are your Be Brave days, make sure you make a list and ask for as many things as possible that are on your list!! This is our best advice and we talk a lot about it in our book: Colour Me Happy. Every opportunity that has come my way started with me asking for it. Trust this process!!
When you ask for things on your behalf brave days wonderful things happen! The worst thing someone can say is no. In this case I have a wonderful relationship with a non-profit that believes in me and my goals of impacting our community through creativity and we work together on many projects. I’m so grateful for their support and friendship.
