3 Secrets to JAW Dropping Portraits! 

1. Mix Mediums: Don't limit yourself to just one medium. Experiment with combining different mediums like posca pens, charcoal, ink, pencil crayons, pastel or watercolour to add texture and depth to your portraits. Play around with this, have FUN!

2. Get Your Proportions Right: Mastering proportions is key to creating realistic portraits. Take the time to study the anatomy of the face and practice sketching basic shapes and guidelines before diving into your portrait. 3. Use a Good Photo Reference: A high-quality photo reference can make a world of difference in your portrait, SO IMPORTANT. Look for clear, well-lit photos with good contrast and sharp details to help you capture your subject's likeness more accurately.
